Oliver Abela

Oliver Abela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agricultural trading and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Director of the Special Risk Unit at Bunge since June 2017, Oliver has previously held the position of Head of Agricultural Trading at Gunvor Group Ltd from May 2010 to February 2017. Prior to this, Oliver was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, specializing as an agricultural proprietary trader from March 2008 to April 2010. Oliver's career began at Cargill, where tenure as a Grain & Oilseeds Senior Trader lasted from October 1995 to November 2007.
