Patrick Leong is a seasoned professional in technical service and product development, currently serving as the Technical Service Director for Asia at Bunge. With a robust background in application and product development, Patrick previously held leadership roles at Barry Callebaut Services Asia Pacific, managing R&D projects for major corporate accounts, and at Kerry Ingredients, overseeing research and development for cheese flavorings. Patrick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Science from Kyoto University.
