Robbert Damveld

Robbert Damveld is a Global Innovation Portfolio Manager at Bunge Loders Croklaan. They possess a strong background in the Food, Feed, and Pharma industry, specializing in Innovation, New Business Development, and Portfolio Management. Robbert earned a Master's degree in Genetics from Leiden University, alongside a Master's in Biotechnology from both the University of Amsterdam and the Technical University of Delft, followed by a PhD in Fungal Genetics and Compound Discovery at Leiden University. They previously held roles including Program Manager and Senior Scientist at DSM, where they focused on translating business strategies into impactful R&D and Innovation portfolios. Robbert started their career as the first employee at Add2x Biosciences, where they set up the labs and processes for the start-up.
