Roelche Leite has over 18 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at Bunge Brasil since October 2013. Previously, Roelche held positions such as Analista de Recursos Humanos Pl at Conseguro Corretora and Assistente de Recursos Humanos at Colégio Galois, gaining extensive expertise in recruitment, selection, labor legislation, payroll management, and employee benefits administration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Gestão de Pessoas with an emphasis on Liderança Organizacional from FGV and a degree in Ciências Contábeis from UniCEUB. Roelche is currently expanding skills through a Power BI course until December 2024.
