Selvister Basco is a Global Process Owner - Master Data at Novartis, bringing over 20 years of experience in the Supply Chain and Data Management domain. They have held various roles in demand, supply, distribution, logistics, and production planning, and have successfully managed projects like the Inventory Reduction Program and the Central Order Desk Implementation. Previously, they served as a Global MDM Consultant at Syngenta and have extensive knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP and JDE. Selvister holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Product Management at INSAID.
