Abigail David

Abigail David is the Director of Talent Management at Bungee Tech. Prior to their current position, they were a Leadership & Executive Hiring at The KPM Group from June 2017 to December 2018. Her focus was on building long-term candidate relationships which helped understand candidates' career goals and match them with the right roles/clients.

Before that, Abigail was a Staffing Project Manager - Volume Hiring (Contract) at Amazon from October 2016 to December 2016. Abigail led a team of 30 temporary recruiters conducting parallel hiring drives across the country. Abigail managed scheduling, communication, infrastructure arrangements, paperwork, drug tests, and Day 1 readiness with their recruiting team and FC operations.

Abigail took a sabbatical from July 2015 to September 2016 before taking on the role of Behavioral Training Manager - Learning & Development at Wipro Infotech from June 2010 to June 2015.

Abigail David has a certificate in human resources management from the University of Washington, a BA in English and political science from St. Bedes College, and certifications from SHRM in SHRM-SCP and from Training Solutions Ltd in certified professional behavior analyst.
