Ethan Batson

Ethan Batson is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Lead Data Scientist at Bungie since November 2019, Ethan has focused on advanced methodologies, measurement, and team management, leading efforts in marketing analytics and incrementality. As Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer of FPS Critic, LLC, Ethan aims to enhance the skills of CS:GO players through the product PureSkill.gg. Previous roles included Senior Consultant at Design Laboratory Inc., where Ethan led analytics for a new mobile game, and Data Scientist positions at DoubleDown Interactive and NSI, Inc., providing insights and recommendations for business decisions. Ethan holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from the University of California, Riverside, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Western Washington University.
