Jon Phillips

Jon Phillips is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in analytics engineering and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Technical Program Manager at Bungie since July 2023, Jon previously worked at Amazon in various capacities from March 2016 to July 2023, including managing projects for the IT Services Business Intelligence team and coordinating resources for engineering initiatives. Prior roles at Amazon encompassed support engineering and field technician positions, where Jon contributed to troubleshooting, technical support, and the establishment of new service teams. Jon also gained valuable experience at Apple as a Solutions Expert and Macintosh Technician, recognized for strong customer engagement and technical expertise, while early career experience at Redfin as an IT Helpdesk Analyst honed diagnostic skills in a rapidly changing tech environment. Jon is an alumnus of Lake Washington Institute of Technology.
