Jonathan Sim is a seasoned Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Bungie with extensive experience in managing Go-to-Market planning and live service execution for Destiny 2. In addition to overseeing marketing strategies, Jonathan serves as the President of the Bungie Diversity Committee, leading inclusion initiatives and resource planning. Previous roles at Bungie include co-leading the first multi-IP GTM strategy for PlayStation’s Showcase 2023 and managing multiple publishing pipelines for Destiny titles. Jonathan is also a co-founder of the Asians@Bungie Employee Resource Group and has a background in photography through JS Photography, specializing in street and travel photography. Prior to Bungie, Jonathan held positions in various organizations, including Z2 and Microsoft, contributing to publishing operations, customer relations, and policy enforcement. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Washington.
