Todd Ohlms

Todd Ohlms is a Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, where they counsel private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a variety of litigation matters. Since 2015, they have also served on the Board of Directors for Bunker Labs, a business incubator dedicated to supporting military veterans in entrepreneurship. Ohlms has extensive experience in areas such as intellectual property, corporate governance, and complex disputes, and they have been admitted to practice in multiple federal district courts across the U.S., as well as in Asia and Europe. They hold a Juris Doctor from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and are currently pursuing a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Missouri-Rolla.
