About Bunker Social

Bunker Social is building the flagship location of a new category in experiential golf.

Our Grand Rapids location is the first of a planned multi-location expansion across the Midwest — designed to redefine what indoor golf can be.

This is not another simulator bar.

Bunker Social is a 30,000+ square-foot indoor golf and social club purpose-built for:

• Corporate client entertainment
• Membership-driven access
• Championship-level simulator play
• Real short-game training with sand bunkers
• Premium hospitality and event hosting
• Youth golf development programming

The Grand Rapids flagship establishes the operating model, brand identity, and revenue framework that will scale into future Midwest markets including Detroit, Traverse City, Lansing, Ann Arbor, Columbus, Cleveland, and beyond.

Our model combines:

• Recurring membership revenue
• Corporate partnerships
• Event buyouts
• Alcohol and hospitality spend
• Youth program seasonality
• Brand sponsorship activations

The flagship is designed as proof of concept and operational engine for regional expansion.

We are building a scalable platform — not a single venue.

Mission:
To build a world-class indoor golf and social club network that unites enthusiasts, brands, and corporate partners through elite experiences and authentic community.

Vision:
To become the premier indoor golf destination brand in the Midwest.

Currently launching our Grand Rapids flagship and preparing for multi-location growth.

We are actively seeking:
• Corporate anchor partners
• Strategic brand partnerships
• Expansion-aligned investors
• Real estate and development partners in future markets

Bunker Social is not just a facility.

It is the foundation of a regional experiential brand.
