Senior Environmental Engineer at Bunnell Lammons Engineering

Ms. Franklin is a senior project manager with over 18 years of regulatory and environmental consulting experience. She specializes in air quality permitting and compliance for industrial and municipal clients. Her primary expertise includes air construction permit applications, air dispersion modeling analyses, emission inventory preparation and reporting, and compliance assistance with State and Federal air regulations.

Ms. Franklin also coordinates with clients to prepare environmental plans including: Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, Slug Control Plans, and Best Management Practices (BMP) Plans. She also assists clients with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, wastewater permitting and compliance, and conducts environmental compliance audits.

Ms. Franklin received her B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from University of North Carolina at Asheville and M.S. in Environmental Engineering and Science from Clemson University. She is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina.

Ms. Franklin lives in Greenville, SC with her husband and two children. She spends time with family enjoying Clemson football or hanging out at the pool, lake, or beach.
