Ali Mamo

Ali Mamo has work experience as a CDD & AML Compliance Agent at bunq since September 2020. Before that, they worked as a Project Intern at Chakula B.V. from June 2019 to September 2019. Chakula B.V. is a food and culture start-up in The Netherlands that promotes Kenyan Cuisine, Culture, and Courtesy through cooking workshops.

Ali Mamo started their education at Strathmore school from 2013 to 2016, where they completed their A-levels and received their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E). After that, they enrolled at Utrecht University in 2017 and graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Business Economics, specializing in Business/Managerial and Financial Economics. During their time at Utrecht University, Ali participated in an exchange program at the University of Leicester from 2019 to 2020, where they studied Financial Economics and Banking as part of their bachelor's degree. In 2021, Ali pursued further education at Utrecht University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Management in 2022.
