Joyce Boon is currently serving as the Operational Quality Lead at bunq since June 2023. Previously, Joyce held the position of Customer Success Lead at Picnic Technologies from February 2021 to July 2023, focusing on operations, coaching, training, quality and KPI control, and project management. Joyce's experience includes freelance media analysis at Media Matters International from September 2018 to October 2021 and team leadership roles at Terraventuras Jungle Expeditions, where responsibilities included project management in sustainability and sales supervision from March 2016 to March 2020. Joyce also completed a bachelor thesis on marketing strategies for eco-tourism at Terraventuras Jungle Expeditions in 2015 and interned in the sales department at Il Viaggio Travel in 2013. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and has a semester abroad in Tourism and Hospitality Management from CETT_UB.
