Sten Schaper

Sten Schaper has extensive work experience in the field of sports science, performance consulting, and physical therapy. Sten began their career as a Bootcamp Instructor and Recruiter at City Bootcamp in 2015. Sten then worked as a Physical Therapist and Performance Coach at Amsterdam Clinics صحتي from 2016 to 2017.

Afterward, they held positions in the field of sports science and research at Forward Football and AFC Ajax in 2019. Sten also worked as a Physical Therapist and Performance Coach at FysioCity from 2017 to 2019.

In 2018, they joined The Athletic Club Netherlands as a Personal Trainer and Physio. Sten later moved to Inmotio - Ultimate Sports Performance Analysis, where they worked as a Performance Consultant from 2019 to 2020.

Sten then joined SciSports, initially as a Senior Performance Consultant from 2020 to 2022, before transitioning to a role in Quality Assurance (QA) until 2023.

Currently, Sten Schaper is working as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at bunq, starting from June 2023.

Sten Schaper obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Movement Sciences: Sport, Exercise & Health from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) between 2010 and 2015. Additionally, they pursued an entrepreneurship/entrepreneurial studies program at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) from 2014 to 2015. In 2013, Sten Schaper engaged in a Sport Performance Enhancement program at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN). Sten'ssecondary education includes Havo from the Rietveldlyceum Doetinchem, which they completed from 2005 to 2010. Furthermore, Sten Schaper has obtained various certifications including Agile Foundations, Agile Testing, Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, Software Testing Foundations: Test Planning, and Test Automation Foundations from LinkedIn, with completion dates ranging from 2021 to 2022.
