Paula Eavis

Paula Eavis has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on strategic and operational leadership across various companies within the Bunzl Group. Notably, Paula served as Director of Human Resources at Bunzl UK and Ireland from June 2016 to January 2021, where responsibilities included the coordination of cross-divisional HR activities and chairing the Human Resources Policy Group. Previous roles include Director of HR & Shared Services at Bunzl Retail & Healthcare Supplies, Head of HR at Bunzl Healthcare, and HR Director at Bunzl Vending Services, where Paula was instrumental in establishing HR functions and driving improvements in financial performance. Earlier in the career, Paula developed the HR department at Harrison Catering, and holds a CIPD degree from the University of West London.
