Peter Ventress

Chairman of the Board since April 2020, having been Chairman designate since June 2019. Chairman of the Nomination Committee. He was formerly a non-executive director of Premier Farnell plc, Staples Solutions NV and Softcat plc and was Chief Executive Officer of Berendsen plc from 2010 to 2016. Prior to this he held several senior executive roles including International President of Staples Inc and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Express NV, a Dutch quoted company which was subsequently acquired by Staples. He is currently Chairman of Galliford Try plc and Senior Independent Director of Signature Aviation plc.
