Alan Hardings

Alan Hardings possesses extensive experience in financial management and regulatory reporting within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Reporting at Bupa since November 2018, Alan initially focused on establishing Solvency II reporting for Bupa Global DAC before transitioning to a permanent role. Previous positions include Commercial Finance Manager at Cox Insurance, Head of Group Financial Management and Director of Capital Risk Management at Legal & General Group, and Head of Solvency II Reporting at Aviva. Alan's career began as an Audit Supervisor at Deloitte and includes significant contract work, such as providing financial support on strategic transformations at Prudential UK. Alan holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
