Amy Cook

Amy Cook is the founder of Cook Care Consultancy and currently serves as a Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist. Previously, they held roles at Bupa as a Service Team Manager, overseeing clinical service delivery and managing mental wellbeing practitioners. Their experience extends to assisting with neuropsychological assessments at The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust and providing support in various mental health care settings. Amy has also contributed to research in mental health and eating behaviors, with a publication in a neurological journal. They are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at the University of Bolton.
