Anna Rulkiewicz was appointed Chief Connected Care Officer in January 2026, in addition to her responsibilities running LUX MED, Bupa's business in Poland. Anna’s knowledge will be invaluable as we continue to expand our healthcare provision offering around the world, to ensure we can deliver more joined-up care for our customers.
Anna holds a PhD from the Medical University of Warsaw and completed executive education programmes at Stanford University and Singularity University. Anna’s impact and leadership have been acknowledged through numerous awards, and as Vice-President of the leading Employers’ Association in Poland, she actively shapes public health policy and business leadership.
