Ben Pullenayegum

Ben Pullenayegum is currently the Performance and Reward Director at Bupa, a position held since 2018. Prior to this, Ben served as Head of Reward at Bupa from 2015 to 2018 and worked as Group Reward Manager at Tesco PLC from 2012 to 2015. Ben began their career at Hays plc as a Recruitment Consultant in 2003 and later advanced to a Senior Manager role at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2004 to 2012.
