Betsy Dray has extensive experience in change management and digital capabilities, most notably serving as Digital Capability Lead and Change Manager at Bupa from October 2013 to May 2022. Additionally, Betsy worked as a Change Manager at ANZ from January 2015 to February 2016, focusing on the implementation of a global loan management system for Wholesale Lending. Betsy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Tourism Management from the University of Tasmania, completed in December 2001.
