Clare McKenna is a senior Internal Communications leader with extensive experience in partnering with executive teams to develop creative engagement strategies. Currently serving as the Group Head of Internal Communications at Bupa since 2024, Clare previously held the role of Head of Internal Communications at Direct Line Group from 2015 to 2023 and was the Director of Employee Communications for UK Retail & Business Banking at Barclays from 2009 to 2014. Clare's strategic thinking and storytelling skills have enabled effective communication during significant transitions in some of the UK’s best-known companies.
