Dan Edwards

Dan Edwards is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in customer service and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Health Insurance Channels and Growth at Bupa, Dan is responsible for leading the customer strategy for service and sales contact centers, retail stores, and digital channels. Prior to this role, Dan was the Chief Operating Officer at Probe CX, overseeing operational and financial delivery for customer contact and digital operations across multiple regions. Dan also held senior leadership positions at Agoda, TELSTRA, and Salmat, where responsibilities included managing global operations, transforming customer service practices, and optimizing business functions within contact centers. Dan holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Melbourne.
