Darryl Hards

Darryl Hards is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in both corporate and international tax roles. Currently serving as Tax Director for Group Tax at Bupa since 2019, Darryl oversees UK and international tax compliance, reporting, and regulatory obligations. Previously, a secondment to Group Tax involved project management and tax advisory for M&A activities. Prior to Bupa, Darryl was Head of Tax at Bupa Global, managing tax compliance for 36 jurisdictions, and held the position of International Tax Manager, overseeing compliance and reporting in 23 jurisdictions. Earlier in the career at Deloitte, Darryl was a Corporate Tax Manager, responsible for tax compliance and advisory for a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational corporations and charities.
