Deepa Shah

Deepa Shah is a seasoned HR executive and people director at Bupa, where they lead the HR team for the Head Office and support 500 senior employees. With expertise in transformation, talent acquisition, and organizational design, they have successfully driven significant HR initiatives across various sectors, including media and telecommunications. Previously, Deepa held positions at Exterion Media, BT, and The Royal College of Psychiatrists, achieving notable successes in restructuring and developing high-performing HR functions. Deepa also serves on the Board of Trustees for Power to Change and has a background in Biomedical Science and Human Resource Management from Kings College London and London Metropolitan University.
