Emily Arthur is the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with a rich background in psychological health and wellbeing. Previously at Bupa, they held several roles, including Senior Manager - Wellbeing and Culture and Reward Specialist, from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Services Specialist at TAFE Queensland in 2015. Emily is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work at CQUniversity, having earned a Diploma of Leadership and Management from Deakin University in 2020.
