Fiona Harris was appointed as Chief Audit Officer in January 2026 with responsibility for leading the Group’s global internal audit function. Before this, she was Managing Director of Bupa Hong Kong from 2023 to 2025, and Chief Finance Officer, Bupa Insurance Limited, Bupa’s UK Domestic and International Health Insurer, between 2016 and 2023. Fiona has worked at Bupa for over 30 years and has held senior leadership roles across Bupa’s UK insurance businesses and Bupa’s corporate centre.
Fiona has a graduate diploma in Statistics with Economics and Econometrics from The Royal Statistical Society. She is a Non-executive Director of Lockton Companies LLP in the UK.
