Jess O'Donnell

Jess O'Donnell is currently the Workplace Relations Leader ANZ at Bupa, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Employee Relations Manager at Mars from 2020 to 2022 and at Austin Health from 2018 to 2020. Jess began their career at Telstra, progressing from Graduate to Employment Relations Team Manager between 2010 and 2012. They hold a Master of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in Human Resource Management, both from Monash University.
