Jiten Vala

Jiten Vala is an experienced professional in the field of software testing and project management, currently serving as a Scrum Master at Bupa since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jiten held various positions at Infosys Ltd, starting as a Test Engineer and advancing to Technical Test Lead, where responsibilities included requirement analysis, test scenario preparation, test execution, and defect management. Jiten also worked at Datamatics Global Services Limited as a Lead Consultant and Sr. Consultant, focusing on test planning, effort estimation, and coordination between teams to ensure timely project delivery. Jiten earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Mumbai University between 2003 and 2006.
