John Crompton

John Crompton has extensive experience in provider and hospital management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Director of Provider Management and previously as Head of Hospital Management and Senior Manager - Hospital Management at Bupa since March 2015. Prior to Bupa, John held various managerial positions at Ernst & Young, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Virgin Mobile, and Dial-a-Phone, showcasing a strong background in commercial and purchasing management. Additionally, John contributed to education governance as a voluntary Governor at Coley Primary School from June 2014 to May 2016. John holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and has a strong academic foundation from Durham University and Leeds Grammar School.
