Kara Considine is currently the People Director at Bupa APAC, where they oversee human resource initiatives and operational effectiveness. Previously, Kara served as the Head of People for Bupa Villages and Aged Care and held various HR leadership roles at GE Capital, Westpac, and AGL Energy. They have a background in human capital management from Goldman Sachs and hold a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Monash University, as well as an Arts degree from Deakin University.
