Kate has been leading Bupa's Private Health Insurance business since November 2024 and was appointed Managing Director in March 2025. She brings to the role a proven track record of driving growth and innovation within the healthcare landscape.
Kate is a seasoned customer and commercial leader, and a true customer advocate, with more than 15 years' experience in the health insurance and financial services sectors. Kate joined Bupa in June 2021 as General Manager, Customer Strategy and Go To Market, and in June 2022 was appointed Director, Domestic Retail Portfolio, Health Insurance. Previously, Kate held senior roles at ahm Health Insurance, Medibank and ANZ.
Kate holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and dual degrees in Commerce and Arts from Monash University.
