Kathryn Ebrey

Kathryn Ebrey currently serves as the Senior Sustainability Manager at Bupa since August 2022, where responsibilities include advising on environmental sustainability strategies, collaborating with industry peers, and embedding sustainability into decision-making across the organization. Prior to this, Kathryn held various roles at Arcus Holdings and Arcus FM from July 2016 to August 2022, including Audit and Governance Manager, Environment & Sustainability Lead Business Partner, and Environment and Sustainability Manager, focusing on developing and implementing environmental strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Initial experience in health and safety was gained through a Graduate Advisor role at Arcus Engineering, where foundational expertise in health, safety, and environmental management was established.
