Ken Burrell is a seasoned financial services change leader currently serving as the Head of Operational Resilience MI and Automation at Bupa since 2024. Prior to this role, Burrell was a Consultant at KPMG from 2022 to 2024, where they led the Group Operational Resilience programme implementation. Before that, Burrell spent nearly three decades at UBS AG in various roles, culminating in Managing Director, focusing on finance, risk, operations, and investment banking. Additionally, Burrell began their career as an Auditor at Touche Ross while qualifying as a chartered accountant. Burrell earned an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge between 1987 and 1990.
