Lesa Ali is an experienced research and insight professional with a diverse background in product management, consumer insights, and brand strategy. At Procter & Gamble, Lesa served as a Product Research Scientist, leading projects in Nails and Lips, and later managed a portfolio of over 16 products as a Senior Product Researcher. Lesa has also worked at Bupa as a Research and Insight Consultant and currently holds the position of Executive Advisory Committee member and Research Manager for Bupa Dental Care. Prior roles include Senior Brand and Marketing Insight Executive at British Gas, where Lesa focused on consumer insights and brand strategy, and founder of Ali Educational Consultancy, specializing in communications and marketing insights. Lesa holds a Master of Arts in Education: Leading Innovation and Change from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
