Margaret Eccleton

Margaret Eccleton is currently the People Director at Bupa, where they oversee operations for Bupa Asia Limited and Bupa New Zealand. Previously, they held the role of Operational HR Director at CDHB and served as the Director of People and Capability at Pegasus Health from 2012 to 2019. Margaret also worked as a Senior Consultant at Results Consulting Australia in 2007. They earned a Hotel Management degree with Distinction from CPIT and later obtained a Master of Business in Human Resource Management from QUT. Additionally, Margaret completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Canterbury and a Graduate Diploma in Public Sector Management from the University of Adelaide.
