Mark Ashby

Mark Ashby is the Head of Planning and Delivery at Bupa Australia, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Mark served as an Engagement Manager, Service Planning and Delivery Lead, and Head of Business Operations at Bupa, contributing to significant operational improvements and customer experience initiatives. Prior to that, Mark held positions in various companies, including Customer Operations Manager at Sinochem Australia Pty Ltd and IT Systems Administrator at Monsanto. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in IT & Computing from The Open University, which they completed in 2005.
