Mark Glenn

Mark was appointed as Bupa’s Chief Transformation Officer from 1 January 2021. He joined Bupa in July 2019 as Chief Information Officer. He is accountable for Bupa’s technology agenda and digital transformation in service of enhancing our customers’ experience.

Prior to joining Bupa he worked for Barclays Bank for 13 years in a number of senior technology roles, most recently as Head of Change for Barclays UK and Chief Information Officer for Barclay's European businesses. He has also worked in technology and change consulting for Cap Gemini and began his career developing software with Accenture.
