Matt Wells

Matt Wells is a Senior Digital Project Consultant at Bupa, currently overseeing the migration of a complex training and competency reporting solution to a cloud-based data warehouse. With over 12 years of experience in technology, they have contributed to multiple large-scale projects, including implementations of Workday and SAP. Previously, Matt held roles at Kingsland Drinks, where they managed IT support and system reporting, and at Pound Bakery as a Sales Assistant. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with First Class Honours from The University of Salford. In their personal time, Matt enjoys physical activities, particularly football and gym workouts.
