Michael Leal is currently the Director of Group FP&A at Bupa, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Analyst in Investor Relations at Prudential plc from 2014 to 2018, and as a Senior Manager and later Head of Group M&A at Aviva from 2018 to 2021. Michael began their career with PwC from 2010 to 2012, participating in the PwC - Flying Start program, where they gained the ACA qualification while pursuing their studies at Newcastle University.
