Michael Ng is currently the Head of Strategy at Bupa, a position held since 2023. Previously, Michael served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2019 to 2021 and worked in various roles including Product Owner at UniSuper and Senior Consultant at Elabor8. Michael has also contributed to the agile transformation as an Agile Coach at Telstra and ANZ, alongside holding the role of Delivery Manager at Australia Post. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Commerce from the University of Melbourne, completed in 2010.
