Morag McGregor

Morag McGregor is an experienced professional in reward management and human resources with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head of Reward Programmes at Bupa since November 2015, Morag has held multiple senior roles including Senior Reward Manager and Senior HR Operations Advisor at Deckers Outdoor Corporation. Previous positions include Compensation Advisor at UBS Investment Bank, Reward Manager at BT, and Global Reward Consultant for EMEA at Unisys. Morag began the career as a Reward Analyst at Towers Perrin after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from The University of Edinburgh.
