Ned Overend is the Head of Employee Relations and Compliance at Bupa APAC, where they lead efforts in workplace relations and compliance. They previously held multiple positions within Bupa, including Senior Legal Adviser and Acting People Director, and have also worked as a Senior Associate at People + Culture Strategies. Prior to their tenure at Bupa, Ned practiced law at Clayton Utz and began their career as a Graduate Lawyer at Ligeti Partners. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)(Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from Deakin University.
