Nick Addison is a senior people and culture executive with 20 years of experience in Australia’s workforce, currently serving as the Head of Performance & Reward APAC at Bupa since 2024. Previously, Nick held roles such as Remuneration Specialist at BHP Billiton and Manager Executive Remuneration at Medibank.
