Nick Topping

Nick Topping is a passionate and results-driven Senior Manager with over 15 years of experience in designing Business Process Frameworks and implementing Business Process Management and Governance methodologies. They have held various positions at Bupa, including Head of IT Risk and Control Assurance and Process Governance Manager, where they provided consultancy support in process governance and risk management. Nick has also worked with The Co-operative Banking Group and Barclays, contributing to architecture models and process improvement methodologies. They are currently pursuing a Business Analysis diploma and have completed a training program in quality methodologies.
