Oliver Madders

Oliver Madders, CA, currently serves as M&A Manager at Bupa, a position held since December 2023, after the role of Corporate Development Associate. Prior to this, experience includes extensive work at PwC from June 2021 to November 2023 as Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions, and previously as Senior Consultant and Consultant in the same field. Earlier in the career, Oliver worked as a Corporate Finance Analyst at BDO from February 2020 to June 2021 and as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Gresham Partners in late 2018. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Juris Doctor and Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst certification from the Corporate Finance Institute®. Oliver's foundational education was completed at Melbourne Grammar School.
