Ollie Watts

Ollie Watts is currently the Communications Lead for Transformation at Bupa, where they guide transformation communications across various core workstreams. With a background in marketing and communications, Ollie has previously supported organizations such as Just42 and the Suffolk Local Medical Committee during critical periods, including the COVID pandemic. Ollie earned a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Winchester, where they also served as an Academic Advisor and conducted research on business development. Their volunteer work includes mentoring young people to help them re-engage with education and employment pathways.
