Patty

Patty Li Lu is the Manager of Data & Analytics at Bupa, a position held since 2023 after serving as the Assistant Manager in the same department from 2021 to 2023. Prior to Bupa, they worked as a Data Scientist at Nova Credit Limited from 2018 to 2021, specializing in risk analytics and modeling. Patty also gained experience as a Global CVM Data Analyst at Cigna from 2016 to 2018, where they supported sales and marketing strategies in the US market through customer behavior modeling. Patty holds a Master of Science in Operational Research and Risk Analysis from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where they earned distinction, and a Bachelor of Financial Mathematics from Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University with first-class honors.
