Philippa Laughton is the Legal Director for UK Insurance at Bupa, a position held since 2025 following their role as Head of Legal from 2020 to 2025. Previously, Philippa worked at Eversheds as a Senior Associate from 2014 to 2018, and as an Associate specializing in insurance and reinsurance litigation and regulation. Early in their career, Philippa was a Solicitor at DLA Piper from 2009 to 2010 and completed a Trainee Solicitor program with various teams. Philippa earned an LLB in Law from Cardiff University and completed the LPC at the College of Law in Guildford.
